We were living in WA state and had just began expressing an interest in moving to Pensacola when I first contact Dana Jacobs by phone to inquire about a property she was the listing agent for. Even though we were not buying at that time, she took her time to explain the area to us, how the market was operating at that time and what the change of lifestyle would look like. She was so helpful that we decided to reach out to her a year later after we finally moved and began the actual house buying process. We are so glad we did! Dana was so knowledgeable about the area and houses that were on the market that her involvement in our process was priceless. We had the opportunity to view so many more options than we would have on our own and more so than I have experienced with agents in other areas around the country. The market was extremely fast moving in our area and Dana was able to schedule multiple showings each day and was completely in line with our interests and what we were looking for. Within 6 days, she had found us a house we loved and were under contract. Dana and her team made the process so clear and worry free that we were able to have everything done weeks prior to the closing date with no unexpected issues on their end. Dana also has a great network of people she works with to include finance agents, inspectors, and just about anything else you could need when buying a home. We were surprised how little work we had to do as a result of Dana and her team streamlining the process so efficiently. We would definitely work with Dana and her team again and have already referred several close friends to her that have interest in moving to our area in the near future. Dana was wonderful to work with throughout the process of selling our home. She really did exceptionally, as we had already moved back to our home in Kentucky. She kept us informed throughout the process and was quick to respond to questions and issues that arose during our absence.

I have purchased several houses, and I have never had a realtor that was as knowledgeable, flexible, and hard working as Dana. We moved from out of state and were closing on our previous home and new home the same week. Dana worked tirelessly to find us a home. She was extremely patient and listened to our needs. It was a very stressful time for my family, but Dana did everything she could to make the transition go smoothly. She responded immediately to phone calls and texts. Nicer homes in this area move quickly. There were times that we would see a house hit the market at 3 in the afternoon and Dana would get us in to see the house that same evening (that's how we were able to purchase our new home). Many times, as a buyer you are looking for things like updates in the home, or the layout of the home, or other aspects of the home that are important to you as a buyer. Dana listens to your needs and will do everything she can to find the home that matches. Then, you go look at the home and Dana is looking at the ceiling and floors for water damage, tree roots that might cause foundation issues, and any other possible hazard that you might run into. I guess what I'm trying to say is that she cares for her clients and will be honest and up front with you. I will 100% recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
